The work

This is the client list. We are Phoenix Studio, a B2B design and development studio for the AI-search era, and these are companies we design and build for. Each entry links to its case study, and shows what the client asked us to fix and what we shipped.

AI Security / DevSecOps

Dam Secure

Challenge

As engineering teams adopted AI coding agents like Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot, security standards couldn't keep pace and traditional scanners missed the logic flaws AI introduces. Dam Secure needed a site that made an inherently technical 'guardrails for AI code' category instantly legible to both engineering and security buyers.

Solution

A full Webflow build with a clear three-stage product narrative across agentic planning, code generation, and CI/CD, a developer-first design system pairing the deep-aubergine brand with playful mascot illustration, a docs-ready CMS, and conversion funnels routing technical buyers and AppSec leads to demos.

Better Path AI

Challenge

A pioneering AI simulation platform for high-stakes conversations needed a site that could convey emotional weight and enterprise credibility at once, translating an abstract 'practice under pressure' concept into something prospective healthcare, finance, and public-safety teams could instantly grasp and trust.

Solution

A dark, cinematic Webflow build with a high-contrast emerald accent system, scenario-driven CMS for use cases and audiences, and a clear practice, feedback, and repetition narrative funnel, paired with performance-tuned assets and SEO structure to capture demand for AI role-play training.

Consumer Hardware / AdTech

Telly

Challenge

Telly's free, ad-supported dual-screen TV model is unusual, which meant the site had to overcome instant skepticism and explain an unfamiliar value exchange, a premium 4K TV at no cost, without feeling gimmicky. The product story spanned hardware specs, a second smart screen, and an ad-funded business model, all of which needed to land in a single scroll for a broad consumer audience.

Solution

A high-impact Webflow build with a bold editorial design system, scroll-driven product storytelling, and modular CMS sections for features, specs, and the dual-screen experience. We engineered a clear reservation funnel, hardware-grade imagery and motion, and a performance-tuned, fully responsive front end that makes a too-good-to-be-true offer feel credible and premium.

VueMotion

Challenge

A category-defining computer-vision platform whose lab-grade biomechanics story was buried in a site that didn't convey the credibility, scientific validation, or global scale needed to win elite teams and coaches.

Solution

A conversion-focused Webflow rebuild with a clear sport-by-sport metric architecture, validation-led social proof, app and demo funnels, and a performance-tuned, schema-rich foundation built for organic discovery.

Sport Design Australia

Challenge

A specialist sports creative studio with elite-level work for major teams and leagues, but a digital presence that didn't match the energy or credibility of the brands, motion, and video content they produce for clients.

Solution

A bold, dark-mode Webflow build engineered around their highlight reel, with motion-forward case studies, a structured services architecture spanning branding, graphics and video, and a high-contrast green CTA system that drives studio enquiries.

Sachem Hill

Challenge

A rebrand from Schoolcraft Capital to Sachem Hill demanded a digital presence as discreet and discerning as the ultra-high-net-worth families and foundations the firm advises, without diluting the trust built around $1.2B in managed assets.

Solution

A restrained, editorial Webflow build that lets whitespace and typography carry the brand, with a clear Company, Strategy, People, and Contact architecture, iconography-led navigation, a secure client-login entry point, and a fast, schema-rich foundation tuned for credibility and discreet discovery.

Executive Search & Technology Recruitment

The Talent Vault

Challenge

The Talent Vault is a Sydney based specialist search firm placing C-suite, AI, cybersecurity and engineering leaders across Australia and APAC, where every hire carries real consequence. They needed a site that signalled that seniority and put their open roles in front of the right candidates, tied into the Loxo job portal the team recruits on.

Solution

A full Webflow build with a Loxo job portal integration at its core. Open roles are presented as Webflow CMS entries on a dedicated Open Roles page, each linking through to the firm's Loxo portal where candidates apply, so the site presents the firm's current openings and hands applicants straight to the system the team recruits on. We paired a restrained, senior visual system (deep navy with a confident brand blue) with clear service and specialisation narratives across executive search, go-to-market, AI, engineering and cyber security, and conversion paths built for high-stakes, low-volume engagements.

Insurance Broking & Risk Advisory

Gow-Gates

Challenge

Gow-Gates is an independently owned Australian insurance broking and risk advisory group with more than sixty years of history and a broad offering spanning many services, insurance products and specialist industries. They needed a site that could hold all of it in a clear, navigable structure and let the team keep every service, product, industry and career listing current without routing each change through a developer.

Solution

A full Webflow build organised around four CMS Collections: Services, Products, Industries and Careers. Services, Products and Industries each run on their own collection with slugged detail pages (for example /services/insurance-broking, /products/cyber and /industries/equine-and-bloodstock), and Careers is managed as its own collection too. A global navigation surfaces the services, products and industries so the collections cross-reference each other. The team edits any entry in the Webflow CMS and the listing, its detail page and the navigation update together, so a firm with nine service lines, thirteen product lines and thirteen specialist industries stays consistent and current without a developer in the loop.

Screenshot of the Bellinger Claims website
Insurance Claims Management

Bellinger Claims

Challenge

Bellinger Claims is an Australian claims management business that works for insurers rather than policyholders, and its site makes a direct argument that the conventional third-party administrator model needs to change. That argument runs as one long scrolling page, so the build had to carry the reader from the problem to the model to the evidence, keep the video and the animated proof points running smoothly, and turn interest into a qualified enquiry. It also had to be fast, because a slow site undercuts a business whose pitch is faster resolution.

Solution

We handled the web development. Working to the design provided, we built the front end in Webflow: a hero carrying an autoplaying muted background video served as both mp4 and webm behind a poster frame, a side-by-side comparison of the historical claims model against the Bellinger model, and a results section whose four metric counters animate on scroll. We built it to be maintained, with the navbar shipping as a single Webflow component in dark and light variants rather than two duplicated navbars, and the styling running on a CSS custom-property token layer for theme, typography, spacing and sizing. The enquiry form carries labelled fields, explicit success and error states, and two layers of bot protection.

Philanthropy / Nonprofit Network

GEO 2025 Annual Report

Challenge

Grantmakers for Effective Organizations is a membership network for funders, and its annual report has to do two jobs at once: account for a year of work to the people who fund it, and stay readable enough that anyone can follow the argument. The 2025 edition needed to carry a leadership letter, a year of numbers, four strategic areas and a long supporters list in a single scrolling page, redesigned and rebuilt from the previous version, without turning into a wall of text.

Solution

We handled the complete design and development. The report is organised as eight anchored sections that map to how GEO actually works, with the four strategic areas of Culture, Practice, Learning and Community each carrying their own stories, and a persistent navigation that keeps a reader oriented through a long scroll. We also built it to be read by more people than the previous version could reach: content images that previously shipped with empty alt attributes, including the leadership headshots, now carry real descriptions, the decorative inline icons are hidden from assistive technology with aria-hidden, and the page has proper banner and navigation landmarks that the previous version did not include.

How we work with clients

We take one accountable owner role on a project. We design it, we build it in Webflow, and we do the search and outbound work that follows.

On a rebuild we keep what works, rebuild what does not, and carry the search equity across.
