We built Gow-Gates a Webflow site on four CMS Collections (Services, Products, Industries, Careers) the insurance broker edits without a developer.
Gow-Gates is an independently owned Australian insurance broking and risk advisory group with more than sixty years of history and a broad offering spanning many services, insurance products and specialist industries. They needed a site that could hold all of it in a clear, navigable structure and let the team keep every service, product, industry and career listing current without routing each change through a developer.
A full Webflow build organised around four CMS Collections: Services, Products, Industries and Careers. Services, Products and Industries each run on their own collection with slugged detail pages (for example /services/insurance-broking, /products/cyber and /industries/equine-and-bloodstock), and Careers is managed as its own collection too. A global navigation surfaces the services, products and industries so the collections cross-reference each other. The team edits any entry in the Webflow CMS and the listing, its detail page and the navigation update together, so a firm with nine service lines, thirteen product lines and thirteen specialist industries stays consistent and current without a developer in the loop.
Gow-Gates is an independently owned Australian insurance broking and risk advisory group with more than sixty years of history. It advises on and places cover across a broad offering: many service lines, a wide range of insurance products, and specialist industries from equine and bloodstock to aged care, NDIS and franchising. The homepage sums up the promise as risk advice and insurance broking for Australian organisations.
An offering that broad is hard to keep both complete and current. Every service, product, industry and open role needed a home, the whole thing had to stay easy to navigate, and the team needed to update any of it themselves rather than routing every change through a developer.
We built Gow-Gates a full Webflow site organised around four CMS Collections: Services, Products, Industries and Careers. Services, Products and Industries each run on their own collection with slugged detail pages, for example /services/insurance-broking, /products/cyber and /industries/equine-and-bloodstock, and Careers is managed as its own collection as well. A global navigation surfaces the services, products and industries, so the collections cross-reference each other and nothing gets stranded.
The result is a site that a firm with nine service lines, thirteen product lines and thirteen specialist industries can actually maintain. The team edits an entry in the Webflow CMS and the listing, its detail page and the navigation update together, which keeps a large, detailed offering consistent and current without a developer in the loop.
In insurance broking, buyers arrive looking for the specific cover or the specific industry expertise they need. A clean multi-collection structure means someone searching for cyber cover, or for a broker who understands NDIS or equine risk, lands on a dedicated page for exactly that, and the Gow-Gates team can keep every one of those pages accurate as the business changes.
