How we run it
Week one · Setup. We agree scope, page list and content model in writing. We set up the Webflow project, the style system and the base components. You get access from day one, so nothing is built behind a curtain.
Build phase. Pages ship in order of importance: home, then the templates, then the rest. Every page goes to a staging link as it is finished, not in one batch at the end.
Content phase. We load real content into the CMS, or we set up the collections and show your team how to load it. Real content breaks designs. Better it breaks now.
QA phase. We run a written checklist across every page and every breakpoint: links, forms, empty states, long strings, slow connections, keyboard navigation, redirects.
Launch and support. We push live, verify redirects, and stay on for a support window agreed at kickoff.
What you get every week. A staging link that reflects the current state, a written note listing what shipped, what is next and what we need decided, and one call. Bug reports go into one shared list. Nothing waits for a status meeting.
