Why we set the studio up this way.
The same problem kept arriving. A company has a site that was right two years ago. Every edit needs a developer. Organic has gone flat. And when a buyer asks an AI assistant about the category, somebody else gets named.
Fixing that takes three kinds of work that are usually bought from three places. A design partner draws the pages. A developer builds them. An agency is hired later to make them findable, and finds the structure it needs was never there. Nobody owns the whole thing, so the seams show on the site and in the pipeline.
We built the studio to hold all three. Design, development and growth sit together, under one owner, on one brief. The search work starts during discovery rather than after launch, and the outbound describes the site we actually built.
Studio, Not Freelancer
One owner means the person who scopes your project is the person accountable for it. Pravin Kumar, founder and director, is on the discovery call, in the working file and on the handover. Nothing is passed to an account layer, and no email needs to be forwarded twice to reach a decision.

- We read before we recommend. Analytics, current rankings, the CMS, the content. The opinion comes after the evidence.
- We plan the structure first. Sitemap, content model, search plan and conversion path, agreed before design starts.
- We design what can be built. What you approve in Figma is what ships in the browser.
- We build so your team can run it. Clean structure and a CMS that lets your marketers publish and change things without booking a developer.
- We build for both front doors. Classic Google search and the answer engines, in the same pass.
- We hand over properly. Documentation, a walkthrough, and support after launch.

A note from Pravin Kumar
I started Phoenix Studio because I wanted to own the whole outcome, not a slice of it. Design that never gets built properly is a mood board. A build nobody can find is a private website. So I built the studio around staying in the work myself, and around covering enough ground that the work does not stop at the edge of one skill.
If you write to me, you get me. That is the part I am not willing to hand off.
