Phoenix Studio provides Webflow development, website design, website migration, CMS development, and related digital services as described on our website. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in individual project proposals and agreements.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all content they provide and the final website deliverables. Phoenix Studio retains rights to its proprietary development methodologies, code frameworks, and processes. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones as outlined in the project proposal. Payment terms and schedules are specified in individual project agreements.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on the agreed scope of work. Timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, content delivery, or scope changes. We will communicate proactively about any timeline adjustments.
Phoenix Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
