We built The Talent Vault a Webflow site integrated with their Loxo job portal, so candidates browse live executive search roles and apply through Loxo.
The Talent Vault is a Sydney based specialist search firm placing C-suite, AI, cybersecurity and engineering leaders across Australia and APAC, where every hire carries real consequence. They needed a site that signalled that seniority and put their open roles in front of the right candidates, tied into the Loxo job portal the team recruits on.
A full Webflow build with a Loxo job portal integration at its core. Open roles are presented as Webflow CMS entries on a dedicated Open Roles page, each linking through to the firm's Loxo portal where candidates apply, so the site presents the firm's current openings and hands applicants straight to the system the team recruits on. We paired a restrained, senior visual system (deep navy with a confident brand blue) with clear service and specialisation narratives across executive search, go-to-market, AI, engineering and cyber security, and conversion paths built for high-stakes, low-volume engagements.

The Talent Vault is a Sydney based specialist search firm placing C-suite, AI, cybersecurity, go-to-market and engineering leaders across Australia and the wider APAC region. It runs on a belief the site states plainly: every hire has a consequence. That positioning only holds if the website feels as considered and senior as the work, and if the open roles a candidate sees are real and current.
The challenge
High-stakes, low-volume search is a credibility business. The site had to signal seniority to executive candidates and hiring clients at once, carry the firm's service lines and specialisations clearly, and keep the firm's open roles in front of candidates, tied into the Loxo job portal the team recruits on.
What we built
We built The Talent Vault a full Webflow site with a Loxo job portal integration at its core. Open roles are presented as Webflow CMS entries on a dedicated Open Roles page, and each role links through to the firm's Loxo portal, where candidates apply. That means the Open Roles page shows the firm's current openings (twenty nine live roles at the time of writing), and every application flows straight into the Loxo system the team already recruits on.
Around the roles, we built a restrained visual system, a deep navy base with a confident brand blue, and clear narratives for the firm's specialisations across executive search, go-to-market, AI, engineering and cyber security. Social proof and conversion paths are tuned for a firm that takes on fewer engagements by design.
Why it matters
For a search firm, the website is often the first read on judgement. A credible Webflow front end paired with a Loxo-connected roles page lets The Talent Vault look as accountable as it promises to be, and lets candidates act on real opportunities the moment they land.
