AI Workflow Automation

AI workflow automation: connect your stack and take the repeat work off your team

AI workflow automation is how we join the tools you already pay for and hand the repeated work to agents and automation pipelines that run without anyone watching. It is for B2B teams whose operators spend their week copying the same information between a CRM, a document, a spreadsheet and a chat channel.

We build inside the stack you have. No new platform to buy, no rip and replace, and every step a person needs to approve stays with a person.

What we do

Map the work first. We sit with the people who do the task and write down what actually happens, including the exceptions nobody documented. Automating a process nobody understands only makes the mess faster.

Connect the tools you already use. HubSpot, Attio, Notion, Slack, Stripe, Airtable, your data warehouse, your forms and your site. We connect them with the APIs they publish, not with a screen scraper that breaks on a layout change.

Build the pipelines. Records created, enriched, routed and updated on a trigger. A new deal opens the workspace, a paid invoice starts onboarding, a form fill creates the contact and posts the context to the channel that owns it.

Build agents where a rule is not enough. For work that needs reading and judgment, we build agents that summarize a thread, draft a reply, classify an inbound request or pull the answer out of your own documents. We write the prompts, the guardrails and the checks.

Keep people in the loop where it matters. Anything that leaves the company, spends money or changes a customer record goes through an approval step in Slack or your CRM before it happens.

Handle the failures. Retries, dead letter queues, and an alert that names the record and the step that broke. Silent failure is the thing that quietly poisons trust in automation.

Log everything. Every run is recorded: what fired, what it read, what it wrote and what it cost. You can audit any single record end to end.

Document and hand over. You get a written map of every workflow, the credentials in your accounts, and a walkthrough so your team can change it without us.

How we run it

We work one workflow at a time and put each one into use before starting the next. Small things that run beat a large system that is nearly finished.

Stage one · Audit. We interview the people doing the work and list every repeated task, the tools it touches, how often it runs and what it costs in hours. You get the list, ordered by what is worth automating first.

Stage two · Design. We write the workflow out step by step: triggers, data, decisions, the approval points and the failure paths. You approve the design before we build.

Stage three · Build. We build in your accounts, on your credentials, and test against real records in a sandbox or a duplicate workspace.

Stage four · Run in parallel. The automation runs alongside the manual process while your team checks the output. When the output is right, the manual version stops.

Stage five · Handover. We document the workflow, walk your team through it, and agree what happens when something needs to change.

You get a working session each week and a written note after it, covering what shipped, what is in test and what we need from you.

Deliverables

  • An audit of the repeated work across your team, ordered by what to automate first
  • A written design for each workflow: triggers, data, decisions, approvals and failure paths
  • Working automation pipelines, built in your accounts on your credentials
  • Agents for the steps that need reading and judgment, with the prompts and guardrails documented
  • Approval steps in Slack or your CRM for anything that leaves the company
  • Error handling, alerting and run logs you can audit
  • Written documentation of every workflow, kept in the tool your team already uses
  • A handover walkthrough so your team can change what we built

Who it is for

  • B2B teams whose operations run on copy and paste between a CRM, a spreadsheet and a chat tool
  • Companies whose data is right in one system and stale in three others
  • Founders doing manual onboarding, invoicing follow-up or reporting by hand every week
  • Teams whose inbound requests get triaged by whoever happens to see the message first
  • Revenue teams who want the outbound and website data joined to the CRM properly

Who it is not for

  • Teams looking for a single tool recommendation rather than the work of connecting things
  • Companies who want a process automated before anyone has agreed what the process is
  • Anyone who wants an agent to send customer messages with no human approval step
  • Teams who cannot give us access to their own systems
  • Anyone hoping automation will settle a disagreement between two departments about who owns a step
