Our catalog is large. Can Webflow hold it?

That depends on the platform limits, and we check them against your actual record count in discovery rather than after the build. Where a catalog exceeds what a single collection can carry, we design the model around that constraint, split the content sensibly, or bring in an external data source and render from it.

Can the site sync with the system that already holds our catalog?

Usually, yes. If the catalog lives in a database or a platform with an API, we build the sync so your team updates one source and the site follows. We scope that early, because your data shape decides the content model.

What happens to a title page when the rights expire?

We agree the rule before launch and then it runs automatically. A title can keep its page with a clear status, redirect to its collection or franchise, or move to an archive view. The URL always has a destination.

How do you handle traffic spikes at launch?

We keep the pages that take the spike light: image and video rules set in the build, components that do the same thing everywhere, and no heavy third-party script on a page that does not need it. We check the launch pages specifically rather than the site average.

Can our editorial team publish during a launch week without us?

Yes. Editorial templates and components are handed over with a walkthrough, and the catalog templates render themselves from the records. Publishing an interview or a feature during launch week is content work, not a build.
