What we check

Domain authentication. We check SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every sending domain, and whether your policy and alignment are set the way inbox providers expect.

Sender reputation and infrastructure. We look at your sending domains and mailboxes, how they were warmed, the volume per mailbox per day, blocklist status, and whether your tracking links and custom domains are dragging you into spam.

Inbox placement signals. We check the things that decide placement before anyone reads a word: reply rate, list quality, sending pattern, link count, image use and the opt-out mechanism.

List and targeting review. We look at how the list was built, how tight it is against your ICP, how it is being enriched, and how much of it is stale or unverified.

Offer review. We read the offer the way a stranger reads it at 8am. Who is it for, what does it claim, what is being asked for in the first email, and is the ask sized to the relationship.

Sequence review. We read the whole sequence: the opener, the follow-ups, the spacing, the personalisation, the subject lines and the exit. We mark the steps that add nothing and the steps that cost you replies.
